How do I receive my license key?
Immediately after payment your key is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Enter it in Universal File Conversion Tool under Help → Enter License Key.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. A Standard or Lifetime license is per seat: the licensed application can be installed on only one computer at a time. Installing and activating it on another computer deactivates the original installation. Professional is per location (see above).
What is a "per location" license?
A per-location license covers all machines at a single office or facility sharing the same public IP address — ideal for teams and small businesses.
How does license verification work?
Standard: License is verified at each launch — requires an internet connection. Professional: Verified at each launch with your registered public IP address, enforcing the per-location terms. Lifetime: Verified once at activation, then runs fully offline — no further phone-home required. No personal data is collected in any plan; only your license key and, where applicable, your public IP are checked.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Professional?

Is there a trial period?
